A production planning and tracking system interfacing with Pooka, Harvey supplies the environment in which Perluceo works with clients to define, plan, fine tune, and monitor progress of every project, in real time. Secure log-ins allow clients to up or download .movs, EDLs or other reference material, providing a seamless connection between in-house and net-based services.

Distributed file system and analytics engine which tracks and digests all activities performed to it. When anything is changed Pooka automatically updates both Harvey and Panopterix so they always reflect reality. Everything within Pooka has a connection to its creator, even if this has been deleted, overwritten or apparently deleted in the file system, so anything can be re-created.

As part of every job we distill out all useful ultra high level operations and add them to our library. Panopterix can then generate or edit scripts containing these. In particular its operator assist identifies sets of computationally similar shots, which can then be processed as one entity, with parameterisations for individual shots being derived from the Harvey database.
